Service Description

Sound Therapy is the use of harmonic vibrations along with conscious heartfelt intention to entrain the energies of the body into its original wholeness. An ensemble of sounds such as in the playing of crystal & Himalayan bowls, chimes, rattles, and the shamanic drum work to quiet the constant chatter, releasing tension and calming the nervous system. Working on a cellular level that can be subtle, yet powerful to bring body/mind/spirit into back into alignment with a more balanced state of being.
